It isn't clear where exactly on Thistle Grove this is filmed. The researchers at Reel Streets have investigated thoroughly and concluded that the street corner must be this one:

Thistle Grove was sketched in 1913 by the Japanese artist Yoshio Markino, in his book My Recollections and Reflections. He sketched this in memory of his friend Bushio Hara, who died in October 1912 and who had shared with Markino an enthusiasm for Thistle Grove:
